Stretch: Couch stretch on wall + standing straddle + bretzel + twisted cross

Warm up: 10 YTMs with shoulder bands + 10 Wall squats + 15 flappers with red band

A) Power snatch:
5 sets of 2 @ 80%
rest 90 sec between sets

B) 3 rounds for time:
400m run
15 C2Bs
10 burpee box jump overs 24/20
CAP 15:00

C) Extra credit
3 sets: 20 sec ring planks each (scale to arm locked out side plank)
rest 90 sec
