Coach
Adam has been working out at The CrossFit Squad since 2018 and joined the coaching staff in 2023. Adam believes that consistency is the most important factor in delivering results. He works closely with members to build proper technique before encouraging them to add weight and intensity to their workouts.
Fun facts… Adam routinely begins his days between the hours of 3 am and 4am. He consumes 8-10 cans of sardines daily, usually blended into a delicious smoothie. Adam runs a pet care service in Palm Beach with his wife, Christina. Adams favorite movement is the snatch.

Huston Osceola is originally from Hollywood, Florida, and now lives in West Palm Beach. After struggling with addiction for many years, he found CrossFit — and specifically The CrossFit Squad — in early 2020. The sport and its community played a pivotal role in transforming his life and helping him on his path to recovery.
Coaching is Huston’s way of giving back. He finds deep purpose in helping others improve their health, hit their goals, and become more active and confident in their daily lives. His favorite movement is the handstand push-up.

Originally from Vernon, NJ, Julia grew up playing soccer and lacrosse throughout high school. After college, she was introduced to CrossFit by her roommate in 2015 — one class was all it took to get hooked.
What Julia loves most about CrossFit is the community and camaraderie, something that simply can’t be replicated in any other fitness environment. Having lived in several different cities after graduating, she found friendship and connection inside the walls of every local CrossFit gym, no matter where life led.
If she had to pick a favorite movement, it would be cleans — although anything involving barbell cycling is her true passion.

Coach
Janice is proud to coach at The CrossFit Squad in West Palm Beach, Florida. Born and raised in Florida to parents of Caribbean descent, she grew up in a home where coaching wasn’t seen as a traditional or “successful” career path. However, staying active through sports, church activities, and big dreams about the future was always a central part of her upbringing.
After high school, life took an unexpected but positive turn. While she originally set out to become a physical therapist, her true calling was found in coaching. Today, Janice holds a CrossFit Level 2 Certificate, has over five years of coaching experience, and has previously trained high school track athletes.
Her passion for coaching is immeasurable, transforming not just her physical abilities but also her mindset and spirit. Janice believes coaching is something you have to experience firsthand — the connection to the sport and the community is unlike anything else.
When she’s not coaching, Janice loves dining out and considers herself a true foodie at heart.

Coach
Originally from Springfield, PA, just outside of Philadelphia, Tom grew up playing soccer and baseball, and first got into working out during an extra credit gym class in high school.
He has been coaching CrossFit full-time since 2016. Tom’s interest in CrossFit began around 2014 after watching the CrossFit Games on ESPN while at work. Although initially intimidated, he spent two years building up the courage to walk into CrossFit Delaware Valley — and after his first day, he was hooked. He still remembers spending hours there, eager to learn as much as possible.
Tom loves welcoming new members because he understands the excitement and powerful, life-changing experiences CrossFit can offer. His favorite movements include squatting and rope climbs — especially seeing people of all ages, even those old enough to be grandparents, conquer a rope climb.
Outside of the gym, Tom enjoys cooking and all things nerd culture, including Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings.

Paige was born and raised in Jupiter, FL. She grew up competing in gymnastics and cheerleading for 15 years, which laid the foundation for her lifelong passion for fitness. At 18, she began coaching group fitness classes, further inspiring her commitment to personal training and nutrition.
Paige has been competing in CrossFit for seven years and remains as passionate about the sport today as when she first started. For over three years, she has also been providing nutrition and lifestyle coaching, focusing on helping individuals build healthier relationships with food, improve overall health, and create sustainable habits. She loves guiding people toward achieving things they once thought were impossible.
When she’s not coaching, Paige enjoys competing in CrossFit, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Naturally, her favorite CrossFit movements are anything gymnastics-related, plus a good wall ball or thruster workout.

Amy was born and raised in Loxahatchee, FL, and is a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic. She has been coaching at The CrossFit Squad for over four years. A former high school weightlifter, Amy’s passion for strength training naturally led her to CrossFit, where she has been both training and coaching for the past six years.
Her favorite CrossFit movements are Olympic lifts like Clean & Jerks and Snatches — nothing beats the thrill of hitting a heavy lift. When she’s not in the gym, Amy loves spending time in the kitchen baking cakes or traveling.
With her professional background, she also specializes in firefighter-specific training, helping others reach their fitness goals within that demanding career path. Come take a class with her and see what you can accomplish!

Born and raised in Darien, CT, Andrew grew up as a multi-sport athlete, eventually making his way to Virginia to play college lacrosse. After graduating, he spent 10 years in New York City before relocating to Florida during the pandemic. With a lifelong competitive drive, he discovered CrossFit about five years ago — a sport that completely changed his life. Some of his favorite movements are bar and ring muscle-ups, where he loves the grit it takes to fight for just one more.
Andrew is passionate about leading a strong community and finds real fulfillment in helping others push past their limits and get better every day. When he’s not working out, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing with a good movie.
