Camille Clean_2015

Stretch: lizard, twisted cross, pigeon, puppy dog + barbell front rack stretch with barbell on box  90 sec each side (twice on front rack stretch)

Warm up: 3 rounds; 7 walk the floors + 10 abmat back extensions + 10 banded steps each direction + 50ft duck walk

 
A) 8:00 EMOM @ 60-70% or moderate weight (same weight across)
3 Power cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks

B) 10:00 AMRAP
10 Burpees to 6″ target
20 Wall balls
30 double unders/50 singles

Extra work:
3 sets of 2 weighted strict pull ups at challenging weight (rest 15 sec) max rep strict body weight pull up
rest 3:00 between sets
***SCALE to 5 sets of 10 with a band if not able to perform the above with the same rest
