Memorial Day Hours!

The class schedule for Monday, 5/29/17 will be as follows: 9am & 10am. Both Bootcamp and CrossFit members may come to either class.   In usual Memorial Day fashion, the workout will be Partner ‘Murph’, or possibly just ‘Murph’ for you crazy people. See you there!!!
