I (Derek) am somewhat self serving on this topic as my Fiance, Glenna informs me we will be attempting to have children by the end of the year. SO after spending Christmas with my family in Tampa and then driving back for 3 hours I decided to listen to a favorite podcast of mine, The Joe Rogan Experience. The guest for this Podcast was Dr. Rhonda Patrick in which they discuss a plethora of riveting topics such as epi-genetics, supplements and research, as well as affects of pregnant mother’s exercise affects on the child. As we can all guess the affects are incredibly beneficial for both the mother and child. This goes against what has been thought of as proper protocol till recent years as new studies come out. I felt compelled to share this as this can change the course of the child’s life, and also can help the mother stay on track for long term health and wellness.
SO on any topic and especially one as important as this, do your own research and make YOUR informed decision for YOU.
